Long Drive Swing Tip - Swing Stronger, not Harder

A tip for golfers seeking more distance off the tee: "Swing stronger, not harder." When you try to hit the ball harder you create tension in the hands and arms. That tension actually slows down the swing. You wind up making an arm swing, and you don't use the most powerful muscles in the body. So instead of swinging harder, think 'swing stronger' and focus on activating the large muscles of the legs and back. Swinging "stronger" will keep the hands and arms relatively tension free, allowing you to make a faster turn while holding clubhead lag until the point of impact.
